Starting off day 1 with oatmeal cookies. Oatmeal cookies has always been synonymous with Christmas for me. Growing up we really only at them during the Holiday season. With these brown butter oatmeal cookies and I make them ultra chewy and rich with brown butter, brown sugar, and a bit of molasses.

Hot Cocoa Cookies

Now this is winter as a cookie! Hot cocoa cookies are made with 3 packets of dark chocolate hot cocoa mixed into the batter. Swirl in some marshmallow fluff and you’ve got a cookie treat that will surely impress Santa!

Coconut Dark Chocolate Cookies

Now if you really want to impress this Christmas make these coconut dark chocolate cookies. They are made with a coconut sugar cookie, dipped in melted dark chocolate, then sprinkled with toasted coconut. These look like they came straight from a bakery!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl Cookies

On the 12th day of Christmas my true love gave to me chocolate peanut butter swirl cookies ! One of the most perfect flavor combinations is chocolate and peanut butter. A rich and fudgy chocolate cookie batter gets swirled with sweetened peanut butter. These would be a delicious addition to your Christmas cookie baking this year
