INGREDIENTS

Flatbreads are great because they can act as an appetizer or the main dish! Easily double this recipe if you want to make two flatbreads for a get together. Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Flatbread
  • Rotisserie chicken
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Asiago cheese
  • Hot sauce
  • Cream cheese
  • Red onions
  • Scallions
  • Seasonings: garlic powder and smoked paprika
  • Ranch

You’ll love this flatbread recipe because it’s low fuss, and basically a simple “assembly” style recipe. The biggest effort here is shredding the Asiago cheese, then combing the cream cheese with the hot sauce and garlic powder. Once you’ve done that the hard work is over!

Add the seasoned cream cheese in dollops to the flatbread then smooth out over top leaving a slight edge for the crust.

Then top with the chicken, both cheeses, and the diced red onion. The final step is to add a drizzle of hot sauce overtop if you like it more on the spicier side, then a dusting a smoked paprika. That’s it! Bake for 425 degrees for 15 minutes and you’ve got yourself a Buffalo chicken flatbread.

I added a drizzle of ranch over top, but if you’re a blue cheese lover (which I also am) you can dip in blue cheese dressing or even add crumbles of blue cheese! Just imaging putting on the Sunday football game and sitting down to this epic Buffalo chicken flatbread!

Ingredients

1 flatbread
1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella
1/2 cup shredded Asiago cheese
4 ounces of cream cheese, softened
1 and 1/2 tablespoons of hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Diced red onions
Smoked paprika
Diced scallions

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet. In a bowl mix the Mozzarella and Asiago cheeses together.

2. In a bowl combine the softened cream cheese with the hot sauce and garlic powder.

3. Spread the cream cheese mixture onto the flatbread, leaving a little edge for the crust. Add the rotisserie chicken, the cheeses, and as much diced red onion as you’d like. Drizzle a bit more hot sauce if you like it extra spicy, then add smoked paprika over top.
