I love a good buttery garlic bread but let’s take it up a notch, shall we? This stuffed garlic bread is a pull-apart style bread loaded with Mozzarella cheese, slices of pepperoni, and of course lots of garlic butter.

INGREDIENTS AND SUPPLIES
Here’s what you’ll need to whip up this epic garlic bread!
INGREDIENTS
- Butter. I always use salted butter in my recipes. You’ll need 1 stick, softened.
- Garlic. And lots of it! I used 5 cloves…but by all means use more if you want.
- Grated Parmesan cheese. This helps add a bit more cheesiness to the garlic butter.
- Shredded Mozzarella cheese.
- Slices of pepperoni. Thin sliced is best, anything too thick will be difficult to stuff in the bread.
- Parsley. For a pop of color! If you don’t have any or forget to buy it you can omit it and the recipe will still be delicious.
- French bread. I’ve been finding these little French bread loaves at my Stop & Shop and Whole Foods and really like them! I like being able to make 2 loaves instead of one big French bread.
- Salt.
SUPPLIES
- Baking sheet, serrated knife, parchment paper.
- Offset spatula. You don’t absolutely need this, but I found that using an offset spatula made buttering both sides of the bread way easier.
- Tin foil. As you stuff the bread it will start to curve and won’t lay flat anymore. Use some foil to give some support so they don’t topple over.

HOW TO MAKE STUFFED GARLIC BREAD
Now, let’s cook! This is pretty easy to whip up and takes about 10 minutes to prepare, then 15 minutes to bake.
Step 1. Use a serrated knife to slice the bread loaves nearly all the way through, about 2/3 of the way through. You want it to be cut deep enough to allow you to stuff it and pull apart but not so thin you break the slices apart as you’re working with the bread.
Step 2. Combine the softened butter, grated garlic, grated Parmesan, dash of salt, and chopped parsley. Use the offset spatula to butter both sides of the bread slices.
Step 3. Add slices of pepperoni and stuff with Mozzarella. Add additional Mozzarella and chopped parsley over top. Use foil to prop up the loaves and prevent them from falling over since they will curve as they get stuffed.

Step 4. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
Gently press down on the loaves after they come out of the over and they will flatten out if there was any curve left. Serve with marinara to dip!

This garlic bread is best eaten entirely the day you make it so I don’t recommend storing and reheating leftovers. This would make a really great side for your next Italian dinner night or even as a party appetizer!

Ingredients
2 small French bread loaves
1 stick of butter, softened
5 cloves of garlic, grated
3/4 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Slices of pepperoni, cut into quarters
1/8 teaspoon salt

1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Take the French bread loaves and slice about 2/3 of the way through, 1″ apart.

4. Use an offset spatula and butter both sides of each bread slice, then add 2-3 slices of pepperoni in each slice.
