Make way for a super easy frozen dessert! Frozen pudding needs only three ingredients, then whatever add-in treats you want. Easier than making ice cream!

There’s SO many reasons to love frozen pudding! First, this treat is dairy free. I used almond milk here to help make this a lighter dessert option so even if you have a dairy-free diet you can enjoy this!

Next, this is a no-churn recipe. No fancy equipment required, just mix and freeze.

Finally, this is simple! Mix, stir in your add-ins, and that’s it!

This is a great dessert to make when you want something quick, easy, and not expensive.

INGREDIENTS

Here’s how simple this is! All you need to have is:

  • Chocolate pudding mix
  • Almond milk
  • Cocoa powder
  • Add-ins like cookies or candies

HOW TO SERVE FROZEN PUDDING

After you have everything combined, pour the mixture into a loaf pan or another freezer safe container. You’ll need to freeze it for at least 5 hours so it’s set into a scoopable consistency similar to ice cream.

If you’re going to be freezing this for longer than 5 hours, like overnight, you’ll want to let this thaw a bit before scooping. I’ve found about and hour to and hour and a half gets it to the right consistency.

WHAT TO MIX IN

Once you’ve got the pudding, cocoa, and almond milk combined it’s time to stir in the add-ins! You can see I chose Oreos for mine, but here are some other ideas!

  • Graham crackers
  • Biscoff cookies
  • Mini M&Ms
  • Crushed candy bars
  • Sprinkles
  • No bake cookie dough pieces, like my recipe for no bake cookie dough
  • Crushed peanuts
  • Berries

HOW LONG WILL FROZEN PUDDING LAST

I’d say there’s about 6 servings in this. Since this needs to thaw a bit before scooping and serving, I recommend only doing that once or twice to keep the integrity of the consistency. Use within 2 weeks.

Ingredients

5.9 ounce box of chocolate pudding mix
2 and 1/4 cups almond milk
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 cup crushed chocolate cookies (or whatever add-in you want!)

Instructions

1. In a large bowl add the chocolate pudding mix, then whisk in the almond milk and cocoa powder.

2. Pour in your chosen add-in and stir to combine.

3. Pour into a loaf pan, or a freezer safe dish.

4. Freeze for at least 5 hours to set.

If frozen for more than 5 hours, before serving let it sit at room temperature for about an hour to an hour and a half so that it’s easier to scoop.
