Want to pretend you’re on vacation? Well then you need to upgrade your brunch to the peach mimosa. A tropical mimosa is just want you need to turn any day into a summer day that feels like you’re at a resort, on the beach, soaking up the sun.

Sometimes we just need something that helps us transport to somewhere else. And right now, I need to feel like I’m somewhere warm, on vacation, sitting by the pool!

We’re all familiar with the typical mimosa. It’s easy, and it’s an easy way to sneak a cocktail into your brunch plans. As much as a love a good old fashioned mimosa, I wanted a different fruity tropical version. And not just fruity, I wanted to have something a little stronger, more like a mimosa cocktail. If you follow me on Instagram then you’ll remember that I recently had a poll where you could vote on the ingredients of this mimosa! Peach juice and pineapple juice were very close in the polls, but tequila was a landslide winner. I guess we’re all serious tequila lovers! So with those votes, I have for you your peach mimosa. One sip of this you want to be sitting poolside in vacation mode.

Peach Mimosa Ingredients

  • Champagne
  • Silver Tequila
  • Peach juice or peach nectar
  • Pineapple juice
  • Peach Schnapps
Ingredients to make a peach mimosa. Bottles of champagne, silver tequila, peach schnapps, peach nectar, and pineapple juice.

Boozy brunch gets a huge upgrade! A delicius blend of champagne, tequila, pineapple and peach juices and peach schnapps. You could even make this in a cocktail glass, you don’t have to serve it in a champagne flute.

The tequila and champagne blend means this doesn’t just have to be a brunch drink! This can easily be made as more of an evening cocktail. Serve in a rocks glass and you’ve got yourself a peach champagne tequila cocktail.
