I love flavored butters! They really upgrade a dish and add an extra boost of flavor. I’ve made a Spiced Blueberry Butter before and it’s perfect on pancakes, French toast, waffles, even biscuits! But today I have for you this light and bright Orange Honey Butter.
Orange butter is so easy to make, just 4 ingredients, mix together, and spread on anything you’d like!
Since this is just an easy blended butter, there’s no wait time between whipping this up and being able to serve. Here’s what you need:
- Salted butter
- Honey
- Orange zest
- Fresh orange juice
This butter is so citrusy with a little hint of sweet from the honey!
This recipe is easily doubled too. Just use the recipe card and click the “2x” if you’d like to make a batch large than the 3 tablespoons.
I think this would be great on biscuits, or make my Orange Cranberry Soda Bread and eat it on a nice thick slice!
Adding the orange zest to the butter spread doesn’t just add flavor, it adds a vibrant sprinkle of orange throughout the butter.
