As much as I love a chocolaty and rich chewy cookie, there’s something deliciously refreshing about cookies with fruit baked in them! Here are 4 of my cookie recipes that use fruit: blueberries, applies, strawberries, and raspberries!

Blueberry Pie Cookies

If you want the taste of a blueberry pie in a bite sized cookie these blueberry pie cookies are it! First make a homemade blueberry pie filling, then bake up some pie shell, and mix those into the sweet cookie dough. One bite of these and everyone will be asking for the recipe!

Strawberry Dark Chocolate Cookies

Who doesn’t love a chocolate covered strawberry? Enjoy those flavors in these strawberry dark chocolate cookies. Fresh strawberries surrounded by pools of rich dark chocolate. Bet you can’t eat only one!

Apple Pie Cookies

These apple pie cookies are made with quick oats and Granny smith apples! The apples baking into the cookies creates almost a caramel gooey sauce in the cookies that’s irresistible!

White and Dark Chocolate Raspberry Cookies

When you can’t decide between white or dark chocolate choose BOTH! These double chocolate raspberry cookies have pools of dark chocolate and white chocolate that help balance the sweetness of the raspberries.

Which would you make first?
