Take a classic BLT up a level by adding Caesar dressing to chopped romaine lettuce. Easy and quick, ready to eat in less than 20 minutes.

Ingredients

4 pieces of your choice of bread
6-8 slices of thick cut bacon
4-6 slices of tomato
2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
2 tablespoons creamy Caesar dressing
Salt & pepper

Instructions

1. Cook your bacon until crispy.

2. While the bacon is cooking, toast the slices of bread and season the tomato slices with salt and pepper.

3. When the bacon is done and you’re ready to assemble the sandwich, add the chopped romaine to a large bowl and toss with the Caesar dressing. You want to dress the lettuce last so it doesn’t get too soggy while you’re waiting for the bacon to cook.

4. Assemble the sandwich by adding a few slices of tomato, then as much bacon as you want and as much of the Caesar romaine as you like. Top with the other piece of bread then slice. Serve with a little extra dressing for dipping.Â
