Walking Taco Casserole
Use either grease-resistant liner or aluminum baking ramekins. Layer two liners together for each mini casserole.
With two liners combined, first add the refried beans.
Next top with cooked frozen corn or canned corn.
Top with the cooked and taco seasoned ground beef.
Lastly, top with shredded Cheddar, crushed chips, and sprinkle with smoked paprika.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Allow to cool 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
