Cook the pumpkin with the pumpkin spices for 3-5 minutes to reduce moisture.
Make the brown butter.
Combine the dry ingredients with the wet, add the pumpkin and chopped dark chocolate.
Chill the dough for 30 minutes, then bake on a parchment paper lined baking sheet for 10-11 minutes.
Allow to cool on the sheet for 5 minutes, then remove to a plate. Enjoy!
