Pumpkin Carrot Cake Muffins
Combine the dry ingredients and spices.
In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients and the brown sugar.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then add the shredded carrots and raisins.
Begin the layer the batter in the muffin liners. Fill half way with the pumpkin carrot cake batter.
Add the sweet cream cheese filling.
Top with more muffin batter, filling all the way to the top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 27-30 minutes.
