Pesto Chicken Parm

Dredge and bread the thin chicken breasts.

Step 1

Cook in oil in a pan for 4 and 1/2 minutes to  5 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. 

Step 2

Top the chicken with pesto and Mozzarella cheese, then broil until browned.

Step 3

Serve with pasta and a side salad or veggie and enjoy!
