Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the butter with the white sugar. Beat in the eggs and vanilla.
Pour some of the dry ingredients to the wet, add some milk, then repeat until everything is incorporated.
Pour in 2 cups of blueberries.
Grease and flour the pan (or use liners) then add the batter. Top with sugar and nutmeg.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes until golden browned and baked through.
