Jalapeño Popper Chicken

Season and flour the boneless skinless chicken thighs,

Step 1

Cook the chicken in an oven safe skillet until internal temperature of 165 degrees.

Step 2

In the same skillet, add some butter and add the corn and jalapeños. Cook 5-7 minutes.

Step 3

Add the cream cheese and light cream to make the creamy sauce.

Step 4

Add the chicken back, then top with Cheddar cheese and panko. Broil 5 minutes to brown. Serve and savor every bite!
