Mac and Cheese

Melt the butter and add the flour.

Add the cream, simmer for 5 minutes until thick.

Add the grated extra sharp Cheddar cheese.

Step 4

Pour the cheese sauce over the cooked elbow noodles.

Step 4

Top with garlic buttered Panko and sprinkle with smoked paprika. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.


Allow too cool slightly then serve. Best eaten the day it's made for best texture and cheesiness!
