Chicken Teriyaki  Burgers

Season 1 pound of ground chicken and form into 4 burger patties.

Step 1

Make the teriyaki sauce with soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, ginger, water and cornstarch,

Step 2

Add a few tablespoons of the sauce to the meat, then cook the burgers.

Step 3

Add to a brioche bun, top with the homemade slaw, and extra sauce. Enjoy!
