Beer Cheese

Melt the butter, add the flour and whisk to combine.

Whisk in Dijon mustard, half & half, Worcestershire, garlic powder, salt, pepper and smoked paprika.

Step 2

Add the cheese a little at a time, whisking after each time so that the cheese melts. Simmer another 3-5 minutes until thickened. Enjoy!
