Basil Alfredo Sauce
Melt the butter and add the grated garlic and finely chopped basil.
Add the flour and cook for about 1 minute so you've made a basil garlic butter as the base of the sauce.
Add the cream and heat until thickened, about 5 minutes.
Add the Parmesan, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Stir to incorporate throughout the sauce.
Add the cooked pasta. Garnish with more Parmesan and basil...enjoy!
