Learn how to make an iced caramel latte with your Keurig! A sweet caramel milk makes this latte extra special, top with whipped cream and extra caramel drizzle for an indulgent treat.
1 espresso roast or dark roast k cup
1/2 cup half & half
4 ice cubes
2 tablespoons caramel syrup (divided, you’ll use the tablespoons at different times)
1/3 cup heavy cream (or store bought whipped cream)
1. Brew your k cup on the 6oz setting, using the “strong” button if available on your model. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
2. To make homemade whipped cream, place the 1/3 cup heavy cream in a stand mixer and beat on high for about 3 minutes. You can also use a handheld mixer, or you can skip this step and use store bought whipped cream.
3. After the coffee has chilled, remove from the freezer and add 4 ice cubes. To make the caramel milk, pour 1/2 cup of half & half into the frother cup and add 1 tablespoon of the caramel syrup. Place on the frothing station press “cold” and “latte”.
4. After the frothed caramel milk is made, pour into your iced coffee cup, top with as much whipped cream and then drizzle the remaining caramel over top. If you’re skipping the whipped cream, just drizzle the caramel sauce on top of the foamy milk. You can add sugar if you want it sweeter, but I find the caramel sauce for me adds enough sweet!
