Cookie Dough Pie is a crowd pleasing easy dessert pie. All of the flavors of a warm and chewy chocolate chip cookie combined into a pie that is perfect for parties. Top with ice cream and serve warm.

Ingredients

1 refrigerated pie crust shell
2 eggs
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
1 stick butter, softened
1 and 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Heat your oven to 325. Unroll the pie crust into a 9″ pie dish, prick the bottom of the crust a few times with a fork, then prebake unfilled for 8 minutes.

2. Beat the eggs for 3 minutes until foamy. Then beat in both sugars, the flour, the softened butter, the vanilla and the salt. Last, stir in chocolate chips.

3. Pour the batter into the prebaked pie crust, bake for 55-60 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream. My favorites are coffee or vanilla ice cream.
