Nutella Energy Bites are a protein packed breakfast ball with the irresistible flavor of Nutella! Loaded with quick oats, chia seeds, ground flaxseed, and almond butter…these will make any morning a little bit better!
1 and 1/4 cups quick oats
1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup Nutella
2 tablespoons chia seeds
3 tablespoons ground flaxseed
1 3.5oz bar of dark chocolate, chopped
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Refrigerate for 15 minutes, then roll into balls.
I like to keep these stored in the fridge!
If you can’t find ground flaxseed you’ll need to ground whole flaxseeds. Pour the seeds into a food processor or blending device and pulse until finely ground.
