Mexican Corn Pasta Salad

Step 1

Boil the pasta noodles. Cook the corn with the butter and seasonings for 10 minutes.

Make a lime crema and whisk to combine.

Combine the pasta, corn, lime crema, red onions, and Cotija.

Step 4
