Cookie Dough for Ice Cream
Start by heat treating the flour. Bake the flour at 350 degrees for 7 minutes. Set aside to cool.
Mix the ingredients, adding in the chocolate chips last so they don't melt from any residual heat from the flour.
Form into a rectangle and freeze for 20 minutes.
Crumble into pieces and add to ice cream! Store in a air tight container in the freezer.
