Chicken Piccata Meatballs
First, fry the capers in a tablespoon of oil for 4-5 minutes. Strain onto a paper towel lined plate.
While the lemon chicken meatballs are baking, make the piccata sauce and simmer until the meatballs are done.
Combine the baked meatballs in the piccata sauce, then top with the fried capers and serve!
