Slice granny smith apples thin and add them to a bowl with white and brown sugar. Remove the excess juice then add spices.
Add the spiced apples to a pie dish lined with pie crust, then top with the additional pie crust and cut in some vent holes.
Bake at 450 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 and bake for 40 minutes. Allow to cool then serve with ice cream.
