Penne with Philadelphia Cooking Creme Sauce

I had been stocking up on Philadelphia Cooking Creme’s since with my coupons I was able to get them for free. I wasn’t really sure how to use them or what recipes I could make with them, so I went to their website to get some recommendations. I just made a basic sauce with this since I didn’t have any veggies on hand to throw in there. I was pleasantly surprised how good this was! Very creamy with lots of flavor. Definitely will try some of the recipes with red peppers and spinach next.
-1/2 tub of Italian Cheese & Herb Cooking Creme
-2 cups cooked Penne pasta
-1 tablespoon of butter
-1/2 cup milk
-1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-Salt & Pepper to taste
1.Cook pasta
2.In sauce pan, heat the cooking creme until smooth. Add tablespoon of butter and stir until melted. Add milk.
3.Once creme and milk mixture is hot, add 1/4 mozzarella cheese and stir until blended. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
4.Add pasta and stir to coat. Serve immediately.
